Gapid SR is an intelligent system involving a series of technologically advanced MEMS accelerometric sensors. Each Gapid sensor is equipped with a diagnostic and digital elaboration system for vibrations covering 15 m², capable of detecting potential intrusion attempts. By means of internal algorithms, the system cancels false alarms as it runs a full check on the entire perimeter and on the single configured areas.
Gapid is an anti-climb, anti-cutting and shock sensor for perimeter protection. Each sensor can function autonomously and is series-connected on the system through a RS485 cable. All the sensors are interconnected to a configuration and control concentrator, the ADEBUS, which can simultaneously analyse two sections with 128 sensors each extending up to 1 km (extendible).
GAPID SR is recommended for use:
For fences, mesh fences;
For segmental, reinforced fences;
For gates;
For protective walls;
For windows;
For garage gates, doors.
Gapid is a smart triaxial vibro sensor with a tilt sensor, designed to protect against fence penetration, climbing over, cutting. Can be connected to any security control panel. Expansion options depend on the capabilities of the central office.
Setting functions and sensitivity:
With the switch it is possible to set the type of fence/surface on which the sensor operates:
1. Segmental fence (up to 5 mm ropes)
2. Metal fence (> 5 mm wire)
3. Braided mesh fence
4. Reinforced mesh fence
5. Walls, railings
6. Glass walls, windows
Also, 3 "learning" modes of the system are set with the switch:
7. "Training" for the alarm - designed to record the actions that will trigger the alarm. Intended for non-standard actions (standard - climbing, cutting, breaking, etc.). A simulated vibration that will trigger an alarm is recorded.
8. Elimination / rejection (disqualification). A certain vibration from the environment is recorded, to which the sensor must not react. For example passing train, heavy vehicle, etc. similar vibrations to be eliminated.
9. Resonance elimination (spontaneous vibration) - designed to memorize a specific repetitive vibration (resonant wave caused by wind, etc.) to eliminate.
